Terms of service
The short version
- CrocoJobs is an independent project, offered as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or right. Looking for jobs on it is free.
- Credits are optional and pay for AI work on your applications. They are valid 12 months from your last purchase and are not refunded as money.
- Job postings come from other websites and salary figures marked as estimates come from a model. Check a posting with the employer before you rely on it.
- You are responsible for what you upload, write and send, including every application e-mail. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
- Use it fairly: no spam, no attempts to break it or to get around its limits.
Who these terms are between
CrocoJobs (crocojobs.aliaydi.com) is an independent project run by one developer, not a company. These terms are between you and that person. By using CrocoJobs you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it. CrocoJobs is meant for people aged 18 or over. How your data is handled is set out in the privacy notice, which is part of these terms.
What CrocoJobs is
CrocoJobs is a tool for looking for work in Tunisia. All of it is free to use, except what the Credits section says credits pay for. It offers:
- a single search over public job postings from Tanitjobs and Keejob;
- a separate section for work paid in a foreign currency — remote jobs open to applicants in Tunisia and jobs abroad — from Remote OK, Himalayas, We Work Remotely, Arbeitnow and France Travail (see Data sources);
- salary estimates for Tunisian postings that do not publish a salary, marked as estimates;
- market statistics built from the postings it has collected — the Tunisian market and the international section kept apart;
- Ask AI, an assistant that answers questions about those postings;
- a career profile, and CVs and cover letters tailored to a posting, if you sign in and add an AI key of your own;
- optionally, sending an application from your own Gmail address, after you have reviewed it.
It runs on free tiers of other companies' services, so it can be slow, limited by daily allowances, changed, or stopped at any time, with or without notice.
Job postings and estimates
- Postings belong to their employers and the sites that list them. CrocoJobs collects publicly listed postings and links back to them. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tanitjobs, Keejob, Remote OK, Himalayas, We Work Remotely, Arbeitnow, France Travail or any employer, and it is not an employer, a recruiter or a recruitment agency. It is not a party to any application or hiring.
- We do not promise a posting is real, current or accurate. A posting may have been filled, changed or removed, or may not be genuine. Check with the employer before you share personal documents, and be wary of anyone who asks you to pay to get a job.
- Estimates are estimates. A salary marked as estimated is the output of a statistical model. It is not an offer, a promise or advice, and can be wrong. Statistics describe the postings we collected, not the whole labour market.
- If a posting shows your contact details and you want them removed, write to aliabdelkadersama@gmail.com.
Data sources
Each posting names its source and links back to it. Remote OK, Himalayas and Arbeitnow are read through their public APIs, We Work Remotely through its public feeds, and France Travail through its official API, whose offers are reused under the licence de réutilisation de la base de données des offres d'emploi de France Travail. Each France Travail offer shows its source and the date of its last update.
How we transform the postings we collect, so you know what you are reading:
- The original text is kept and shown in full. A France Travail offer is shown with every field the API provides (salary and its extras, skills, schedule, contact…).
- We add fields derived from that text — occupation, seniority, contract type, skills, the country of a job abroad — and use them to filter, match and count. They are our reading of the posting, and can be wrong.
- Pay in a foreign currency is shown as the employer published it, never converted and never estimated. Our salary estimates cover Tunisian postings only.
- Who may apply to a remote job is the board's statement. Some postings marked “worldwide” restrict applicants in their own text.
- A France Travail offer is removed within a day of France Travail removing it. Other international postings are deleted about two weeks after their board stops listing them.
AI features
Ask AI, smart search, profile extraction, tailored CVs, cover letters and e-mail drafts are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, leave things out, or state things that are not true. Treat what they produce as a draft: read it, correct it, and make sure every claim in a CV, letter or e-mail is accurate and yours to make before you use it. You are responsible for how you use it.
Reading your documents and writing CVs uses either credits, in which case the AI models CrocoJobs pays for do the work, or an AI key that you add yourself, under your own agreement with that provider, and any charges from that provider are yours. See the privacy notice for what is sent where.
Credits
Credits are optional. They pay for work that AI models do on your applications, at the prices shown on the Credits page when you use them: one credit is one complete application kit and costs 1 Tunisian dinar.
- Buying. You ask for credits over WhatsApp, pay by e-Dinar or D17 transfer, and send the receipt. Credits are added to your account by hand once the transfer is confirmed. A transfer is credited once, to one account.
- Validity. Your whole balance is valid for 12 months from your last purchase, and each new purchase extends it. Credits left unused after that date expire.
- No money refunds. Credits are not refunded as money, in whole or in part, and cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged or withdrawn. Buy only what you expect to use.
- When something fails. If work you paid for does not complete because of a fault on our side, its credits are returned to your balance. An application kit whose texts were written but could not be turned into PDFs keeps its credit: Try again finishes it at no charge. A document you are not happy with is not a failure: AI output is a draft, and you can edit it for free.
- Using credits. Three things cost credits: an application kit, an interview quiz and a voice interview. When your balance covers one, credits pay for it, even if you have also added an AI key of your own. Ask AI and editing a kit are never charged.
- What comes with credits. While your balance covers one application kit, your account has the higher limits, and reading documents into your profile, extra motivation letters and rewritten covering e-mails are included at no charge, within daily limits. Below that balance your account goes back to the limits it had without credits; what is left can still be spent.
- Interview training. Quizzes and voice interviews run on bought credits only: an AI key of your own and a free trial do not pay for them. Their level is set from the posting and its employer, not chosen. In a voice interview your browser does the speaking and the listening; how well it hears you depends on your browser, your microphone and your language, and you can always type. The credits are taken when a session starts and returned if it could not be written. A session you started is yours to finish at no further charge, grading and report included. Its questions, answer keys, grades and report are written by an AI model and can be wrong: they are practice, not an assessment of you and not a prediction of a real interview.
- The queue. Kits and profile merges paid with bought credits are started before others. That is an order, not a promised time.
- Prices. We may change what an action costs. A change applies to what you do after it, never to credits already spent.
- Free credits. Credits we give you, such as a trial, can have a shorter validity and pay only for what we say when we give them. A trial is given once per account, pays for building your profile from your documents and for one application kit, and does not come with a place at the front of the queue. We can stop offering it at any time.
- Abuse. Credits obtained with a false or reversed payment, or by getting around these rules, can be removed.
Your balance and every change to it are shown in Account settings. Nothing in this section limits a right that you have by law and that cannot be limited.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for what is done through your CrocoJobs account. You can stop using CrocoJobs at any time and ask for your account and data to be deleted, as described in the privacy notice. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
Your content
What you upload or write (documents, your profile, conversations, CVs, letters and e-mails) stays yours. You allow CrocoJobs to store and process it only as needed to run the features you use, as described in the privacy notice, including passing it to the services listed there. Only upload content you have the right to use, and do not upload other people's personal information without their permission.
Sending applications by e-mail
This is optional and starts only when you connect your Gmail. The e-mail is sent from your own address, so it is yours: you write or approve it and you are responsible for it. CrocoJobs only sends what you have reviewed and confirmed with Send.
- Send genuine applications to people you have a real reason to write to. No spam, bulk or unsolicited mail, and nothing misleading, abusive or unlawful.
- We limit how many applications you can send in a day, and may change that limit or switch the feature off.
- We cannot promise delivery or a reply: mail can bounce or be filtered, and a message may already have gone out even if a connection failed.
- Google's own terms apply to your Gmail account. You can disconnect CrocoJobs at any time in Account settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Fair use
Please do not:
- overload or disrupt CrocoJobs, or get around its limits, quotas or access controls;
- use bots or scripts to pull data from it in bulk, beyond ordinary use of the site;
- try to reach another person's account or data, or parts of the service that are not yours;
- upload malicious files, or use CrocoJobs to break the law or another person's rights;
- pretend to be someone else.
Other services
CrocoJobs relies on and links to services run by others, such as Google, Supabase and the AI providers named in the privacy notice. Their terms apply to their part, and we are not responsible for them.
No warranty
CrocoJobs is provided as it is and as available, whether you use it for free or with credits. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or right for your purpose. Nothing on CrocoJobs is employment, legal or financial advice, or a promise that you will find work.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, the person running CrocoJobs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for a job or interview you did not get, or for what employers, recruiters or other third parties do. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to what you paid for credits in the twelve months before the claim or, if you paid nothing, to the smallest amount the law permits. Nothing here limits a right that you have by law and that cannot be limited.
Ending
You may stop using CrocoJobs whenever you like. We may change, suspend or end the service, or your access to it. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as no warranty and limit of liability) do.
Changes and questions
If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top. Using CrocoJobs after a change means you accept it. Questions: aliabdelkadersama@gmail.com. Back to the jobs.
